The year 2005 proved to be a very fruitful one for the company. It was officially registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and it was during the same year that the company started conceptualizing the development of its first-ever subdivision project – Oasis Subdivision.

Coinciding with the company’s vision, the Mansilingan property, an 18-hectare agricultural land situated at the boundary of Bacolod and Murcia, owned by MGL Agricultural and Development Corporation, became the perfect birthing ground of Oasis.
Gathering leading architects and engineers, with the subdivision’s design and concept of a slightly rolling terrain created by Carunungan and Associates, Oasis Subdivision was successfully launched on September 8, 2007.
